how: Spoke to Patti and Hanshi

Wrestler's Name: "The Done Deal" Paul Williams

Height: 6' 4"

Weight: 212 lbs

Orientation: Face

Hometown: Baltimore, Maryland

Theme Music: "It's All About The Benjamins" - P. Diddy

Entrance: ["It's All About The Benjamins" by P. Diddy blasts over the PA system as Paul Williams steps out onto the entrance way to recieve cheers from the crowd.]

Kerrie Douglas:...... Heading to the ring at this time weighing in at 212 pounds. From New York City, New York, by way of Baltimore, Maryland.... This is none other than "The Done Deal" Paul Williams!

[Paul Williams makes his way down the ramp shaking and slapping the hands of the fans surrounding the walkway. Williams walks around the ring to the opposite stairwell and points out to the fans on the other side of the ring. He climbs into the ring, hops up the turnbuckle and raises both arms into the air. He climbs down and runs up top the other turnbuckle and raises his arm there. While atop he points and laugh at one of the signs that a fan is holding up and smiles about it.]

Style: Technical/All Rounder

Moves: Basically Paul's favorite moves are DDT's and suplexes.

1) Snap Suplex
2) Stalling Suplex
3) Standard DDT
4) Fisherman's DDT
5) Super kick
6) Dropkick
7) Missle Dropkick
8) Top rop Frogsplash
9) Elbow Drop from top rope
10) Leg Drop
11) The Rock DDT (the kick to midsection, float over, and DDT one)
12) Chokeslam (seldomnly works against heavyweights (250+ lbs.) but he still tries one every now and then)
13) Razor's Edge
14) Football Tackle
15) Power Clothesline
16) Samoan Neckbreaker
17) Spine Buster
18) Springboard dropkick
* 19) Shooting Star Press (when not used as a finisher)
* 20) Kind of hard to describe but it's another DDT but this one is caught when running off the ropes. Paul jumps up grabs the stunned persons head and falls back, lifting their opponents legs off the ring mat, driving their head to the mat floor in DDT fashion. (Called the The Done Deal DDT)

Setup Moves: kick to the midsection and at times the finishing manuever comes out of nowhere.

As for the secondary finisher, shooting star press, as a setup move he uses any of the moves above or the Kamehameha wave describe below.

Finisher: After stunning the opponent in some manner, basically a the opponent is lifted into an inverted fireman's carry (instead of facing down, they are facing up). The Done Deal then flips them off his shoulders (DVD style) and grabs their neck on the way down into a RKO/Diamond Cutter. During the flipping motion, Paul normally can be heard screaming KAMEHAMEHA! The move all together is called the Kamehameha Wave. (pronounced Ka-me-ha-me-ha or Kame-a-me-a)

As a secondary finisher, Paul also uses the Shooting Star Press. The Kamehameha wave acts like a setup move

Description: Hair color: Black
Eye Color: Black
Fill in the rest of the details: Basically the character looks just like me. Except a bit more muscular. A picture can be seen here: http://profiles.yahoo.com/retched_97

Attire: It really depends. He's not one to go with the normally wrestler outfit. He wears tights and a custom sports jersey (minus NHL). He normally wears the team colors version of the home team's jersey. But a majority of the time he wears a NFL Baltimore Ravens jersey with the #17 and the name "P. Williams" on it.

Resembles: WWE - D' Lo Brown, WCW - Norman Smiley

Gimmick: My character normally plays to fans a lot. This includes signaling to the fans his finishers. Or when the ring announcer announces his name, and he already is in the ring, he steps out of the corner and does the traditional raising of the fist.

At times during the match he may just try to piss off a heel by worrying about them and not him/her. Like calling for the fans support or work the fans over well.

History: Paul L. Williams III was born May 17, 1984 as the second son to his mother and the second to his father, Paul Williams Jr.

Paul was a quiet kid. He normally kept to himself through his school years and so forth. That was until he hit high school where he bumped into his soon to be longtime friend, Jonathan Rodriguez. Jonathan was a huge pro-wrestling fan. Hell he often went to the local shows. Paul and Jonathan hung out a lot and at most nights they were normally watching the weekly TV wrestling show. During the show as luck would have it, Paul found a wrestling school commercial that was offering an incredibly discounted tuition. Many people doubt that Paul would actually go through with it, but Paul was there the next morning talking to the gym owner. And in three years, Paul graduated from the school... as a referee.

In 2001, Paul was given an early acceptance into the City College of New York where he would be earning his B.S. in Computer Science degree. He managed to get a few jobs as a referee and ring announcer for the local promotions in his neighborhood. During his studies, Paul went out to another gym and started to consider a possibility as a wrestler. He knew that the training was going to be entirely different than being a referee, but Paul was hell bent on doing it.

After about another year and a half, Paul managed to work for his first promotion and even his championship.... the ICPF Jobberweight Championship. Yes the name of the title wasn't the most prestigious but Paul had pride in "defending" it every week. Soon after the demise of the ICPF, Paul went back to the dojo where his wrestling skills started to evolve. After his training he had earned more titles and awards such as the UEWF3 Championship, or the HWF United States title and several others. He even went on to hold three major championships at once and he was proud to defend each one. However, if you asked Paul today what was important he would say it was the gold. He would say it was the fans. He didn't expect to gather a following, but indeed he did. Fans of all ages and promoters from around the world followed his career until Paul decided to leave the wrestling road in 2003. The fans were hurt but they knew that Paul had something to prove, but it wasn't to them... it was the professors and faculty at CCNY he had something to prove and indeed he was going to prove it.

Now in 2004, Paul Williams has dropped the books and plans on making the same impact that he made on the pro wrestling world. However, he plans on doing it with 4WW.

Interferance: Never

Roleplay: http://community.primetimecentral.net/showpost.php?p=101599&postcount=1

Here is my post on the feedback forums from PTC.

Angle: Well normally when I enter a federation, I start off in the lowest division possible or gun for one of the vacant titles. Obviously I'm not going to gun for West Wind title as I normally try to avoid Hardcore rules matches. (Hey Ironman, 2/3 Fall, Hell in Cell are cool, but Hardcore bores me really..) But I guess as a start, and if you the 4WW staff feel otherwise it's cool, I want to start off in the Tempest Championship division and go from there. But I mean it's cool if you feel otherwise.

Comments: Yes. Currently I am the owner of the IWL. I may make mention to the IWL in some fashion during my first exposure like I may have an interview just be like "Oh first you found the IWL and .." I'll cut them off right there and carry on from there. (Because Paul Williams isn't just a wrestler, he's also a promoter.) It may seem unreasonably so I don't expect anyone to enforce this, but I ask nobody else to make mention to the IWL in any shape or form in that manner (as in me being the owner). It won't piss me off, just highly annoy me. Other than thanks for the time for reading.
